What is Our Returns and Refund Policy?
All Hel Performance Brake Lines and Hoses whether in kit form or custom order are assembled after purchase therefore please choose carefully as returns will not be offered on these items. If you are wanting to return an item due to a warranty issue, BEFORE sending any goods back, please contact us to see if it’s a problem we can help you fix as there could be a simple solution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and instructions if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
Returning
Please send the goods back to the address below with the following:
- A copy of your invoice or order number with contact information.
- A note explaining the reason for the return and the action you would like us to take.
